THE LONGEST JOURNEYJOURNEY( A poem)

The longest journey ( Olagunju Olayemi Josh) When i was a Sperm When the war line is drawn , My path to freedom is craving for insane courage, my cost of sacrifice Can be patronage, for there are thousand others like me, we are all fighting for the same goal. We paid no attention to mysteries, Because in the black and dark sky, hope has shine his light to our darkness. I have made up my mind to tackle difficulties no matter the way it comes, no matter the trauma it may flit me into. And if I fail on the other hand, I will have no regret because failures means nothing. With full happiness I will return to my old world. What kept me going is my growing desire which I have to share Form we have seen a lot Infant we have all experience the naked part of it all. I have many answers to their question For they no nothing but to feed their neighbour with evil fruit. I know all language of the word, I knew what makes every flower blossom. What makes every sun shine I kno

Deforestation (Poem)

Olagunju Yemi With the tears of water, I confessed my sin. For stars and beauty must all night have. Evening bell call upon the dreamer's dream. For blindness course, many call thee factors of evil. Whereas, thou art lonely and peaceful in your wrath. Let black blood flows into your blood, Let the spirit of servitude in you turn to negritude, Let the beauty of all black nights string into your veins, That it may gives you happiness in all evilness, Yesterday, It was a story, The giants that fell our shrub among the poplars Thence we were seated among the eminence of evil, The caterpillar that wash away the fresh forest, And turned it to an expressway, And stranger work over our portions. That's why fresh roads can hardly be seen now-and-days, Who told them we were not satisfied with our horses and Carmel ? They have left on us a permanent legacy that may  linger us into non solidarity, Who told them want trains, That they fall our forests and build r

The event, tagged 3rd MBA International Literary Colloquium, was held in three phases; morning, afternoon and evening sessions.
